WOD 2/11/12 (a few days late)
A little late but I wanted to get it down.  From saturday my crossfit workout was a royal pain.  I’m still in their beginner classes since they’re teaching us the movements, but that does not mean they are easy. Went to crossfit again this morning and did the wod. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: Buy-in 800M Run Use the remainder of time for 5 Pull-ups 10 Squats 15 Double-unders (45 singles) Cash-out: 100 Sit-ups/100 Mtn. Metallic Taste in mouth after intense exercise
So yesterday for the first time I had something really weird happen.  After my workout, i was extremely spent so I sat on the floor and was overcome with this strong metallic, almost blood-like taste in my mouth.  I was very thirsty, and couldn’t figure out what would cause that to happen.  I also ended up having a cough the rest of the day. Crossfit day 1
O m g so much fun. I’m in love. Julia and I went and took our first intro class this morning. We both finished second, me for the guys and her for the girls. Happy Monday! 2012 Week 2 - lets get it!
